Having navigated my own midlife transition, I found strength and clarity through meditation, mindfulness, and stillness. Now, as a certified meditation instructor and yoga teacher, I guide women in reconnecting with the calm that already exists within them. I create a gentle, supportive space where stillness becomes a path to resilience and growth.

My Story

Welcome to Calm Existence, a space thoughtfully created to support women navigating the transformative journey of midlife. Like many others, I have experienced the silent challenges of change; physical, emotional, and spiritual, that accompany this stage of life. After dedicating 35 years to the corporate world, I found myself in a new chapter marked by profound shifts. What sustained me and brought clarity, strength, and peace was learning to slow down, breathe deeply, and be present with myself without judgment. These practices became more than moments of relief; they became pathways to resilience and personal transformation.

As a certified meditation instructor through the University of Holistic Theology, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), and a Certified Yin Yoga instructor, I am passionate about guiding others toward rediscovering the calm within themselves. I have had the honour of leading meditation classes, both in-person and virtually, within corporate settings.  Finding your individual calm existence is a deeply personal journey, one that honours who you are and where you are in life. It is my joy to hold space for women, helping them embrace stillness as a vital part of personal growth.

My approach is warm, welcoming, and rooted in the belief that stillness is not a luxury—it is essential for transformation and well-being.
